Interstate 66

What is the proposed route of Interstate 66 from lets say the Four Corners area to Las vegas? Is it going to bisect Monument Valley, Glen Canyon, Grand Staircase, or will it go through the northern part of the Navajo in Arizona, and then follow along US89 once it gets to Page, AZ? Or is there another proposed route?
